Back then we posted a handful of posts about how to improve attention in our lives, because we were suffering heavily from the lack of focus and being overwhelmed by digital distractions. Soon we got distracted. 1 year later we did 1 more post. And after that, it took us 5 more years to regain focus and publish another post. This, people, is Quality Attention in 2025. Welcome!

In my earlier post, I discussed whether music can be a form of an addiction. I want to continue with the daily addiction triggers that we are constantly exposed to.
Do you struggle to implement something new in your life? I do. Something as easy as a short daily dedicated study time, or keeping a journal. Everything new requires much more extra effort than initially planned.
We met in Chengdu (China) where we both lived for over 5 years. After realizing China was not our final destination, we left the country and found ourselves somewhat displaced in a fast developing new world. A world that was different than what we remembered. A world that had changed, especially in terms of technology and distractions. Things we had seen in China as well, but not experienced so vividly as when returning to our home countries. We are shocked, to say the least, about what is happening in the world we live in. We believe global mental well-being is under attack.
